How to step frames in a movie recorded by iPhone?

IPhone guys, how in the heck do I put a movie on my iPhone?

  • I've come across a few half assed guides out there but nothing explains in detail how this is done. One thing I know for sure is you have to convert the video to MPEG4, which is the iPhone format for movies. Well, I've converted the file using a specific program made for converting videos for iPhones, and transferred that file over to the movies list in iTunes... The next step is what I don't understand. Apparently you're suppose to be able to "sync" it somehow and anything in your movies list or whatever will transfer to your iPhone. Well, I click "sync" and it just says "iPhone synced. Ready to disconnect" or something along those lines. Pretty sure that's not how you do it. Anyone know how and can tell me exactly? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
