Blackberry pearl radio wont turn on completely.?

Last night; my blackberry pearl stopped letting me text and use the internet. Then it appeared that the radio was turned off. I charged my phone while i went to sleep, then checked my phone after i woke up and it still said the radio was turned off; so i turned it on, and it will stay on only for about one minute then shut off again. Any ideas on what to do?

Answer:
make sure the battery has over a 30% charge. try taking out battery and sim. and put it back together that usually helps
