Charging Problems HELP!!!?

i have problems in charging my PSP. when ever i put the charger in the yellow hole the orange light turns on and off! i cant charge my PSP!!! Help please!

I have the newish slim PSP and I charge my PSP by USB., The Orangish red light is on and it charges slower than the regular charger. You may have to get a voltmeter and see what voltage it is putting out. You might have a bad battery so see if a friend has a similar PSP and see if his battery performs the same as yours. If your charging circuit is bad you will have to find a PSP repairman or get a new PSP.
