How do I download songs onto my blackberry 8530?

Trying to download songs onto my blackberry?

• i own a blackberry pearl flip phone. im trying to download songs from frostwire to my cell. i already have the blackberry media sync software but somehow whenever i connect my phone to my laptop nothing pops up. my phoen just charges! and yes its a USB cord. Blackberry media sync says i should turn on my mass storage and its already on! i dont get get this, please help me?

  I have the very same problem but with paid songs. What I do is I unplug it and plug it again as many times as until it works or I just go to a different computer. There may be a more technical way to do it on the computer but my blackberry doesn't listen often. Hope this helps.
