i cant find mms on my iphone 4 to send photos everyone elses iphone has mms on it except for mine please help my iphone 4 is running on ios 4.2.1

iPhone has MMS and normal text messages all built into the one messaging system. If you want to send a photo to someone with an MMS, open the photo, click the little arrow at the bottom and choose send message. The phone will then open a message window that contains your selected photo and a space under it to write.
