My blackberry curve 8520 says 'to record a video, insert a media card'?

Ive inserted a 2gb memory card in and pushed it in all the way (not to hard to damage it, but hard enough to make sure its in). When I push it in, my 8520 recognises that its in, but when I click on video camera, it says, 'to record a video camera, insert a media card' even though I've put one in over and over and it recognises that its in there, but it just wont record a video, why ?!?!?!

You may have already used up all 2GB.. Maybe get a bigger one:)
