Going to buy a Blackberry 8520 for $50 Dollars per phone is this a good deal?

I'm going to buy 2 Blackberry 8520's (The Blackberry curve with touchpad) for $50 bucks a piece for two. The phones are in fair conditions maybe 1 or 2 dents.. Everything else works fine. Am I getting a good deal. My friend is selling them to me they aren't stolen or broken, he's been a friend for a while. Do you think I'm getting a good deal?
