  • Answer:

<<Read my response to your last question about the same issue>> It's because you set up Desktop Manager to sync with a BES account. Obviously you are not trying to sync your e-mail with a corporate account, thats why it is asking for the Microsoft Exchange settings and profiles. What you need to do is... 1. Uninstall Desktop Manager 2. Download it again from Blackberry.com or install it from the CD 3. Install Desktop Manager. 4. In one of the last steps, it asks about your e-mail settings. Choose the second one, something about Personal E-mail and Internet ( do not choose the first option which asks about.. Corporate E-mail or Enterprise settings) 5. Enjoy. Now if you ARE trying to sync your e-mail with a BES account for a large company, you need to get the Exchange Server settings from your company's IT department.
