My blackberry torch's bbm isnt working?

the bbm isnt working but texting works fine, i checked my service status and it said that im not connected to the blackberry internet service or the blackberry enterprise server, how do i reconnect?

How do you know it's not working? are you getting an error message? can you not receive BBM's or send them out? Status updates not coming through, detail the problem more.
