Where and how I can use mysql_close?

How/Where can I buy a contract-free Samsung Galaxy S2 before getting it unlocked for international use?

• I will be doing a lot of traveling this upcoming year, so I would like to get a contract-free plan with T-Mobile. My current contract with AT&T will expire within the next month, and I am severely due for a new phone. That being said, I would like to purchase a new phone - but one that I like and will be helpful and last at least a year or so. Currently I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy S2, which is not offerred on the contract-free list that T-Mobile has (but they do sell it). But I can use any phone I want on the contract-free plan if I bought it from Tmobile or used an unlocked phone from another carrier. It would probably just be a little bit extra monthly payment because of the extra data needed, which is fine. I would like to just buy the phone (but NOT unlocked) and get the unlocking done myself so I can also use it when I'm traveling. (I think it would be cheaper!) Anyone know how I can purchase it this way? I'm gonna get a plan with Tmobile, just not a useless 2 year contract. So I would rather not pay $600 for the same phone unlocked or not-yet-unlocked, if you get what I mean.
