HTC Smart battery problems?

Htc faults! can i get a replacement?

• hi, i got a contract htc desire with orange last october. i chose the htc desire cos i had heard nothing but great things about it. however since about two months of owning it, i noticed a whole host of bugs and software issues. the notorious 'text getting sent to the wrong people' is one of the worst. but there are also battery consistency issues, connectivity problems, loading problems etc. the list really does go on. the phone still works, but these problems are beggining to make me majorly regret the purchase. especially as im pretty sure 90% of htc desire owners have no such problems with their phones. so, my question is: if i go to the carphone warehouse and describe the problems, will they give me a replacement model, or will i have to have it sent away for weeks for them to see if mine is just a factory faulty model?? thanks in advance

  I'm sure you can ask for a replacement. If you have insurance then pay the fee and get a new one. There is a possibility that you cannot get a replacement
