Would I be able to use AT&T on a Verizon Nokia phone if I unlock it?
-
I guess I really want the Nokia Twist phone, but we're switching to AT&T and all of AT&T's phones are.......unpleasant.. So I was wondering if I could just get an unlocked Twist or buy one and have it unlocked? Does that even work with that phone?

No. A Verizon phone will only work with Sprint, US Cellular and MetroPCS.
Nope. Verizon is a CDMA network. AT&T a GSM one. Even unlocking will not make that happen.
