How to put pictures in nokia 5300 from computer?

i did install the cd i got with my mob.think its called pc suite.now i only found options to send pictures from mob to computer but i wanna send pic from computer to mob.How do i do that.My mob is nokia 5300.FOR PICTURE ------ (http://www.mobileincanada.com/images/store/nokia-5300.jpg) Can some one pls help?? thank u ^v^
