im buying an iphone 4 from radio shack for $99 dollars but do it have to have a contract cause those phones with contrack always have you to pay extra for certain stuff under a contract is which company is the best phone company SPRINT OR VERIZON? which cheaper and have flexible phone bill i only want to pay for text and calling.. and i got wifi for the internet tho.

I am in Canada so we dont have Sprint or Verizon... but i worked for the sprint call centre and they merged with Verizon... Verizon does have better packages mins/text etc.
