Can I upgrade my samsung c3510 mobile os to a another mobile os?

i want to upgrade my c3510 mobile os to another mobile os which include a media player with flash streaming support. My mobile is a touch screen mobile. If you can give a best answer give it with a link to download the mobile os for my device. Please...help me. I need to stream videos. My device got EGPRS 10 th class. Or give me a link to download a flash streaming supported mobile os. Thank you

you can just update the operating system to a newer version and cannot change or install a new operating system in mobiles. So either buy a new phone or be satisfied with the current one. =====SM=====
