Iphone 3gs HELP PLEASE?

  • hii i just got my Iphone 3gs and i restored it. it was unlocked and jailbroken. now that i restored it a itunes wallpaper pops up once i hit the home button and when i slide it says emergency calls only itunes cant read the phone I dont know why please help i have an at&t sim card

you have upset the Steve Jobs. he didn't want you to jailbreak the phone. I would try to reset the sim card. maybe a hard reboot. and try to undo the jailbreak. if that doesnt work, I'll take your useless iphone.

Sounds like it isn't active. It may have been unlocked correctly or may have been used and isn't any good. It's best to buy one and unlock it yourself. If you already have and AT&T account you would have to change your account to a 3G account or it won't work. They can actually track a phone if you turn on the 3G without it on your account.
