The mobile number is from near Memphis Tennessee .According to this link. http://www.numberinvestigator.com/901522 http://www.spybubble.com/cell-phone-spy.php?hop=didouch84 to spy on cells. Never tried it but it looks like work

There is no way that you can find this information unless you would like to ask the police to help you out, which they will refuse to do.
