Will a phone number show up on a landline bill?

Will an "unknown" number show up on a Rogers Cell Phone Bill?

• So I a friend but I'm grounded from talking to her. Whenever she dials and calls me it shows up as "incoming call -unknown-" I have caller ID but her number is blocked. I know that on my cell phone bill every number I dial is shown and every number called to me is shown. But if the number is blocked will it show on my bill, because my parents check the bill and know her number. Thank you for helping

  Theoretically, incoming calls won't show up on the bill if the number has been blocked. (As in, her calling you, shouldn't show up) Your outbound calls however will definitely show on the bill, even if you block it.
