When I send pictures from my phone to my email online, how come the pictures come out small?

I have Sprint. I just recently switched my phone from the Rant to the Intercept. When I sent pictures to my email with my rant the pictures turned out normal sized. Now when I use the Intercept they're really tiny. Is there a way to send them to my email normal sized?

It might depend on how many megapixels your phone can shoot pictures at, or the pixel quality. This carries over (from cellphone) to the fact of the impact of how big or small the picture will appear on the other end, (email).
