What is the basic market model?

There is any mobile (Noika) with dual sim card available in the market? If so what is the model number?

    There is no Nokia phone with dual sim capability in market. As previous answer suggest you can either buy a samsung with dual sim function or go for special sim (though only one will be active at one time). Also try Chinese phones, they are cheap and support dual sim.

Do NOT buy a Chinese phone if you are in India. Since Chinese phones do not carry unique IMEI numbers (the embedded IMEI number in those phones are all zeroes), they are hot favorite among terrorists. Government of India is passing a legislation to ban their sell or use in India. I believe other governments around the world may follow suit.

There is no Nokia available that support the use of dual sim card. Samsung just came out with a phone and there are sim adapter that allow you to have two sims in one phone, but you can use one at the time.
