Which is the best Android app?

I need help on deciding which Antivirus Android app is the best, reliable, accurate, effective, and safe to use. Webroot, Norton, Mcafee, AVG, LookOut, or anything other antivirus software you would recommend. I saw some of the reviews in the Android Market that is about LookOut. It said that LookOut is a scam, is this true? What is the best and safe cleaning software for Android that is similar to Ccleaner used in Windows and Mac computer? I want to free up space and clean browser history. What is the best task killer you would recommend? Is it the Advanced Task Killer or anything else? I want it to be effective, stable, and secure. Thanks!

I use AVG and it works very nicely. Automatically scans new files and when SD card is inserted. For cleaning, I like SD Maid. I'm always running low on space and SD Maid gets the job done. It removes "corpses", cleans out logs, unnecessary app data, duplicate files. It also has a database optimizer and displays a list of your largest files. Advanced Task Killer is the most popular and effective task killer, though you really shouldn't be using one if you're on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) or higher
