HaHa that is such a broad question. It would very very helpful to know a) What country are you in? and b) Are you tied to a specific carrier? and c) Do you want a smartphone? Not knowing these things, I'd say the best looking phones are the Samsung Galaxy S phones. That includes the Galaxy S, the AT&T Captivate, Verizon Fascinate, and T-Mobile Vibrant.

I would NOT recommend the LG Neon. It's a good phone at first, but then it starts randomly shutting off, usually when you are texting. This gets annoying, because it has done this 7 times in an hour one day. I would say get a phone with a full keyboard, since I'm not the kind of person who RELIES on his phone, so I've only had a few. Good Luck!
