Does windows live messenger mobile cost anything?

i really need to know, im not sure if i should it. it says it uses it as a SMS text and it says stand message rates apply but i have unlimited texting so does that mean Microsoft wont charge me?

live messenger won't charge if you have internet on your phone. its the same as getting email..it goes through the internet connection.
