ok i just bout a blackberry curve 8310 and i don't want the data plan wants a good way to trick at&t wants a good way to lie to at&t like i was thinking to say i sold my blackberry and got a cheap phone

Answer:
They know at all times what phone your on.. And what your using.. If somehow you get the Data Plan removed, As SOON as you use your blackberry to make ONE call, they will Immediately without notice add the Data Plan back.. Its 30.00 a month, and its clearly stated in your contract that its required.. If you try to trick them too much, They may even terminate you. Why did u buy a BlackBerry if you didn't want data? It would be like buying a iPhone, because i only wanted the iPod features.. Lol
