How to set up Blackberry Data Service?

• I pay for Blackberry Internet Service, but when I check on my service status, under Blackberry Internet Service, it says "not connected". I can't use any of RIM's apps without the Blackberry network. The funny thing is, right next to where it tells me how many bars I have, and where it says "3G", it has the Blackberry symbol, which I think means it's connected to their network, but it SAYS it's not. Like, if I go to the Facebook APP without using wifi, it'll say I don't have the right data plan or something. And I've already set up 2 personal email accounts with nooooo problem. AND BBM works. HELP.

  Was this phone just activated? Sounds like your missing service books. Go into host routing table, hit the BB button and choose register now. Wait about 30min then do a battery pull and after it starts back up see what you've got. If you still can't use BB specific things call your carrier.
