    I recommend you visit this website: http://www.phonedevil.com/shop/simdevil.html Its a special phone unlocking simcard called SimDevil. It supports over 992 handset models, including many Blackberrys. Unlike a conventional phone unlock it doesn't void the warranty, so if you break the phone you can still get it repaired for free. It is £9.95 (about $15) I use mine with my Nokia N95 and it works great :)

Any phone shop that is not a High street shop because they don't have the facilities. They even do it in Town markets and car boot sales. Or you could even go to a Phone Accessories shop. But seeing as it is a blackberry it would have a high security code, meaning it would be over 20 quid to unlock. i would say about 25 quid around. hope this helps.
