Do long distance calls charge the caller or the receiver?

  what is "tj"... is that code for something? whatever the case... here is the deal... if your phsycially standing your two feet on American USA dirt OR your siting down in a chair that on American USA dirt... then its domestic and you current Verizon plan applys to those calls and texts... if not, and your traveling to another country.. getting on a cruise ship, getting on airplane... then your internatinally roaming... and for texting--thats .50 cents for 1 text... airtime can range from .49 cents to $4.99 per min depending what/where "tj" means/is.. internet can be $5 to $20 per megabyte... again it depends Domestic means United States only Long Distance means calling outside your Area Code Roaming means your calling outside your home area (market) so... unlimited domestic long distance and No domestic roaming means its unlimted calling anywhere in the USA and there is no roaming charges while calling within the USA... dig it? got it? goooood! PS - Majority of cell wont work in other counrty until the Wireless Carrier activates international access... the those huge charges above apply
