How do I buy songs from iTunes with a gift card?

• ok so I have an iphone and i want to buy itunes. i dont completley understand how it works. how do you use a gift card to buy songs? and does the money add on to your phone bill or does it come straight out of your bank account? thanks for your help! :)

  You do need to purchase a gift card to download songs. Once you get one, all you have to do is download iTunes here >>> http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ Then once you load it, click iTunes Store. Click redeem. On the back of your giftcard there is a scratch area. Scratch it off and enter the code. Enjoy! If you have any problems or if this wasn't clear, just ask me :)
