Remove msn contacts from E63 contact list?

I just bought a Nokia E63. I went onto windows live messenger and all of my contacts have been added to my phones contact list, but it looks a mess and its hard to find the telephone contacts amongst them. Is there any way to get rid of the msn contacts? I tried just deleting them there, but that deleted them from msn completely.
