How can I get my Developer Certificate and Key for my Nokia 6790?

Ive tried multiple sites, to get my Developer Certificate and Key file (DevCert) for my Nokia 6790. Ive even tried Chinese websites, and its been almost 3 weeks, and no results. Nokia has stopped all releases of DevCerts from their website directly, so now 3rd party websites have to be used. Do you know any websites or ways i can get my Developer Certificate and Key file?

Hi. I was in ur way, until I joined ovi. that's the only cheapest way. There are NO FREE SOLUTIONS. this is how I got my dev cert: ovi.com/publish Created an account for 1 euro. (its not much.and this is a one time payment, after that, everything is free) send nokia a mail that u want a dev cert. They will send u a T&C, which u need to print, sign, and send a scanned copy of the signed document. thats all. they will mail u ur dev cert and give uids to create ur app. When ur cert expires, ull be given a new one for free. Also, if u submit apps for ovi, they will sign them for free.
