Will a bluetooth headset be compatible to any bluetooth compatible phone?

Hi, I am looking for a Bluetooth headset and found a very cheap one at ebay. According to the description, this is for Nokia N95 phone. This is a cheap generic bluetooth headset. Will this work on my Nokia 3110c or any other phone? My 3110c has bluetooth and I think it does support wireless bluetooth headset. I know, cheap is bad. But I recently had been pulled over by a cop and was warned about phone usage while driving. I rarely use my phone will driving, It was just an unlucky day. I only drive 8mins to work (1-way). So quality is not an issue. I just want to know if it will work with my 3110c. Thank you.

Yes absolutely, any bluetooth headset will work with any bluetooth capable phone. Some are more compatible with certain brands however, but a Nokia bluetooth will work well with a Nokia bluetooth handset and although that model is inexpensive it isnt a horrible qualty low end model.

Just because a handset and headset are both bluetooth, does not mean they will work together. Your carrier should have a list of compatible headsets for your handset.
