Answer:
Its basically not your phone memory but your RAM. Same thing happens in my Nokia C3 when I load 1MB+ websites. Use Opera Mini or Opera Mobile. It compresses the page and helps you save data plus RAM. Also try closing open applications/ games.

Yes it is the common problem in nokia c5, Install Net quin mobile anti virus and mobile guard in your phone mobile guard showing a your handset Ram memory and phone memory used and free. Then your problem is do not rectify you need update the software for your device. Software updating from your pc connect with nokia Ovid suite or nokia care point. My suggession is Any mobile original antivirus install in your mobile because of 3G handsets are infected virus easily. www.paceof.wordpress.com
The C5 has a phone memory of 50 MB storage, 128 MB RAM, When you use the WWW you are loading pages that reduce the available 128 RAM ie in the phones 'virtual' memory as opposed to a music file saved on the phone memory, When you scroll back or forward you are looking at ALREADY downloaded info, ie you are NOT getting the info resent again to the phone, New www pages means another reduction each time, to load the new info into the phone. When you scroll you may have noticed the page is already there quick than the first access You can delete the history cache & cookies during your surfing this frees up RAM (memory) but you will no longer have immediate access to the history Unfortunately 128 MB is a relatively small amount of RAM on a mobile phone
