My Motorola V3S Cell is water logged. The phone turns on but the keypad doesnt work. What should I do?
-
I dropped the phone in the sink and got the battery out yesterday. Tried turning it on today. The phone turns on, speakers/screen, everything works, but the keypad doesnt work (except the on/off red button DOES). Then the phone freezes, and shuts off if i close the phone. the phone is indicating its receiving my missed texts and voicemails, but i cant read them/hear them. Any suggestions? I greatly appreciate any help!

Answer:
Take the battery out and place the phone somewhere where it will be in the sunlight...and leave it there for a day to dry...with most phones it will work.

I once revived a wet ipod by putting it in an oven set at 150 degrees for like six hours, this drives all of the moisture out of the device.
