How much does it cost to text on a mobile contract with O2 from the UK to another EU country?

I'm from the UK, using a contract O2 mobile phone. I need to text a country in the EU (Latvia). Does this cost extra? Or will it come out of my text allowance? Thanks :)

This site might have the information you're looking for. Actually contents of the site is not too good. It hasn't been updated recently. But It's got quick links to top mobile phone sites. I always find it easier than google searching and browsing through thousands of web sites. I was directed to 3 top mobile phone sites, which i never found in google search.
