Why won't my Blackberry turn on?
-
I have a Curve 8320 and ever since the update failed it won't turn on. I tried to update my Curve to v4.5. It said my BB was not compatible and to close the message and unplug the device. I followed the directions and now it won't turn on! I tried charging but that did not help. I put the battery in my brother's BB and it worked fine. Also, it has a flashing red light. PLEASE HELP!

Answer:
This happens if you try to update the OS with a version that was not made for your phone. Needed to be for the 8320 and not any other Curve. If you want to email me at [email protected], I should be able to walk you through fixing the problem. When you send the email I will give you my Google Voice number and we can either talk or text back and forth on the computer (which you will need to clear this up).
