Sprint rumor. picture mail helpppp.?

I have the sprint LG Rumor and my plan includes unlimited internet and texting. I am having a problem with my picture mail. I don't understand, if i have unlimited internet should picture mail work? Everytime a message is in a process of being sent after a minute or two something comes up saying error. can you helppp???
