HTC legend or Blackberry Bold 9700?

I'm getting a new phone and was wondering which one is better. I'll have to stick with the one I choose for 2 years so I'd like some opinions. The reason I'm not getting an iPhone is because I already have the latest Ipod touch, so would it be a waste to get the iPhone 4? The HTC looks really good, but I've heard about issues with battery life, and I like the idea of having an actual keyboard with the blackberry. I've also heard though that the blackberry is more of a business phone, which i don't really need as I'm still currently a highschool student. Thanks!

Don't go for HTC Legend if you want to keep it for 2-years. I think you should get Motorola Droid 2 Global or HTC Desire Z if you want one with keyboard. If physical keypad is not important, then get the HTC Desire or Samsung Nexus S. I won't recommend Blackberry. You can also get the HTC Nexus One if budget is an issue but it's better than the Legend. If you need any of these Android smartphones cheaper, you can mail me to [email protected]
