Iphone push notification problem help?

  • here's what happen i just bought iphone 4 i jailbroken it usin redsn0w the phone is now jailbroken but i dont recive any push notifications and facetime says failed and imessage dont send i open notification menue everything is on i tired using SAM (which is a way to fix this common problem) but iPusher gives error and sometimes it give please wait and stays like that please helpp me yea and the battery is drainning quicklyy i asked my friend about it he said that its because i didnt activate the phone when i first bought the phone it asek for activation via itunes but i activated it via wifi .....im really confused plzz help
