Why cant i send or recieve files?

I cant recieve or send any pics on my motorola razr v3?

  • hello! im having troulbe with ma phone . ill recieve a pic message but i have to download it and it awalys say cannot download, when i try to send a pic it says cannot send. help! sending out a s.o.s!

    It sounds like you need to go to your service provider's website, or a store if they have one (all of the major carriers [AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint], assuming you're in the U.S.) have stores scattered all around the country. If your carrier is domestic, like U.S. Cellular or Virgin Mobile, go to the carrier's website and either open a chat with an employee or shoot the provider an email (though I can't guarantee the chat aspect of the website, I can guarantee that there will be a phone number and/or an email address to contact under the "Contact Us" section of the site).
