Why can't I open the RAR file?

I cant install any jar or rar file on my samsung wave 525?

    .jar or .rar files are not installed everytime. install .jad file

The phone doesn't have a zip utility built in, so rar files are useless. The jar, and jad files have to be put into the phone or card so you can install them.
