Is the new sidekick LX any better than the sidekick 3?

Keep my iphone 3g, get new upcoming t-mobile sidekick LX, or wait for apple to release much improved iphone?

• I have had an iphone since the very first original showed its face. I purchased the 3g version almost a year later, and until now was very pleased with the device. My concerns now are that while apple has integrated many useful and selling features to the iphone, such as itunes media library sync, advanced (almost unparalleled) internet capabilities, wifi, visual voicemail, and reliable AT&T network service, other phones coming to the table are starting to catch up. On May the 13th, sharp and t-mobile will be unveiling the new sidekick LX 2009. I know that when the word sidekick is mentioned, everyone doesn't oooh and ahh like the old days. But now you just may. The new sidekick has many of the features that I have dreamed of in a phone for a very long time. Such as: mood lighting, the HIGHEST resolution screen of any phone on the market to date, stereo bluetooth, video recording and a decent camera!, and it is insurable through t-mobile. In conclusion, please tell me what your opinion is on this. Should I leave AT&T with it's reliable service and less than par phone, and go to t-mobile, and get the new sidekick LX 2009, with many of the features that I crave, while loosing some of the iphone's, (such as wifi?) Or should I just wait for apple and hope that they can do something amazing? Any serious input will be appreciated. No jokes. Thank you.

  I Have never answered a question ever but i feel the need too im in the same situation as you and i have decided to go to the sidekick lx 2009 for a couple reasons it has a better camera 3.2 over iphones 2.0, video record, record your own ring tones, lcd screen and DVD quality video records and the im client is better than on any other phone ya the new 3.0 will be good but also but i hate apps (besides the aim app and the myspace app and o wait sidekick lx comes with that ) i don't like how everything seems not together and why jail break and all the hassle when i can just get a phone that has EVERYTHING imo iphone is OVERRATED people get hyped cause the name iphone 3G oohh ahh lol not me my advice man go get the sidekick lx 2009 i am ill probably keep my iphone just becuase no one wants it i cant even give it away o and p.s. idk if it means anything but you will save a 40-50 dollar average on a phone bill with the switch
