What is the difference between opera mini and opera mobile?

How to solve the problem of opera mini (android version) ???????????

• It's driving me crazy !!!! First we start with opera mini : When I try to acsses any website it doesn't work and I get the following message : "content blocked by operator" I tried to fix it by remove and reinstall it - and I did this many times- and also I tried to restore my device and it did not work as well .... The only thing that makes me be sure that it is the app not the device it self or the connection is that the device's defult browser works well ... Now you will ask me then why don't you just use the device's defult browser ? The answers is : opera mini can acsses the blocked sites and the defult browser don't .... Please help me by teaching me how fix it .... And now we are going to talk about the Verizon opera mini web browser .... When I tired of trying to fix opera mini I was looking for an alternative then I found it .... It worked well and it opens the blocked sites as well but the only problem is : When I try to download any kind of downloads I can't because it's not supported for downloads ... Please help me ....

  Does the opera mini browser have an option to change the user agent? Try that on opera and on the android browser.
