    I'm not going to say it can't happen. Chances are slim to none. Normally, internet deals have the best offers. Check craigslist. It's quite unlikely to get a phone at that price.

I suggest that you don't go the cheap route - the internet is full of horror stories about people who try to get the cheap deal and get bitten. You're looking to buy a $300 to $400 phone at a fraction of its price. Possible results - you'll get some look alike w/dramatically reduced capability. It may be a clone that can't even be activated in your country. You'll fall victim to an account hijacker. I used to see that all the time on eBay, but haven't really looked of late. These guys would steal passkeys of legitimate eBay accounts, then post bogus auctions for high-ticket items like laptops or fancy cellphones.
