  The Pokewalker is a pedometer included with copies of "Pokemon SoulSilver" and "Pokemon HeartGold." Pokemon can be transferred to the Pokewalker and will gain levels or find items as you walk around with the device. However, if you lose or break the Pokewalker while a Pokemon is currently in the device, you must reset it to bring him back. To reset the Pokewalker, do so from within the main menu of "HeartGold" or "SoulSilver." Difficulty: Easy Instructions Launch "SoulSilver" or "HeartGold" on your Nintendo DS. Select "Connect With Pokewalker" from the main menu. Press and hold "Up," "Select" and the "R" buttons on your Nintendo DS.
