HTC or Samsung, which should i choose?

I'm going to be locked in for another year so i'd like to pick the right phone. I'm on at&t, and i'm looking at the HTC Inspire or the Samsung Infuse, There close specs, but infuse has 16gig storage and 1.2ghz processor vs. HTC's 4gig storage and 1.0ghz processor. I hear HTC is very reliable and very hackable, plus the cloud features (kind of like apples find my iphone) are very useful... The samsung infuse is appealing to me because of the specs, and its 4.5 inch screen but it's samsung.. Which would you reccomend? I know the infuse isnt out but it's basicly a new and improved Captivate.
