first go on the internet and download any audio converter put your music in it convert to mp3 format then if you have the memory chip for it put it in your phone leave it in for 5 seconds then it copys phone info plug the card to the computer go to my computer go to removable disk theres one that says music go to it then go to audio converter when its finished go to file open output folder drag all that to music on the card and it should work

Usually just get the file and drag in. Need more info on what exactly you're downloading the music from.. If it's limewire, just right click the song and click explore. It should bring you directly to the file
