How To Check Esn Number For Verizon?

Retrieving Verizon Voicemail from Another Verizon Number?

  • A little background- I'm a Verizon Wireless customer now, but I used to be a T-Mobile customer. Back when I used T-Mobile, there was a way that you could check your own voice mailbox by calling another T-Mobile subscriber's number. When you heard their voicemail pick up, you would hit **. Then a recording would come on and say that you've reached the voicemail service, and to access a voice mailbox, enter your 10-digit number now and password. That would bring you to your mailbox to check your own messages. I am aware that if I just called my own phone number or hit *86 or 1 that I could access my voicemail that way. I was wondering if Verizon has a way of checking it by the above listed method? Thanks.

  • Answer:

To check your own voicemail, just dial your own phone number from another cellphone, or landline number. When your voicemail picks up, press #(or it may be * I can't remember), to interrupt the greeting, and it will ask for your voicemail password. Enter the password, and it will retrieve your messages.

The only way I know of it is to push # when at the voice mail and typing your 4 digit code, and you are free to listen to your messages! Not to sure about the other methods from T-mobile, but its possible!
