-iPhone 3G supports 3G networks which the 2G does not -2G uses cell tower triangulation to emulate GPS but is fairly inaccurate -The 3G has its own GPS unit that allows it to pinpoint your location -The 3G has moved to the standard 3.5mm enabling users to use standard headsets -The 2G uses a non standard slot requiring users to purchase an adaptor I would say 3G for sure..the only downside: The iPhone 3G is a power hog and uses up the battery almost twice as fast as the 2G
Iphone 3G supports 3G network and GPA also and it is faster than 2G. Otherwise all features are same.
The difference is . . . . . . wait for it . . . . . . here it comes . . . 1G.
2G only has 2 gigs of storage. 3G has 3. 3GS is faster. 3G and 3GS are better.
