How to make keyboard act as joystick?

How do i make the 'OK' button work again on my eNV2 (maroon)?

• Ok. well, used to have the eNV2 in maroon until it started to act funny. The front keypad didn't work at all. it processed really slow and when people called me they always had a hard time hearing me, but the phone was great for texting but then one day the phone just froze up so i took out the battery for about a min then i put it back in and it didn't help at all the buttons on the keyboard wouldn't work so im like "okay, i'll just take out the battery and let it sit for awhile and not play around with it". so i switched back to my old flip phone from verizon since my eNV2 wasn't working properly. so i basically gave up on the eNV2 and used my old phone, but the other day i was really bored so i picked up my eNV2 and turned it on all the buttons were working again expect for the 'ok' button no matter what i did i couldn't make the 'ok' button work. so i was wondering if there is anyway i could do something with the eNV2 to make the 'ok' button work. please someone answer soon that would be great! thanks.

  My husband and I both have the Env2 in maroon as well. His ok button on the outside does not work at all. Mine stopped for a while and the keyboard keys kept freezing the phone everytime i'd press them. I also took the battery out and it was fixed. However, his does not work at all. Also, I don't think it has anything to do with color but I also had the Env2 in black and never had any problems with it at all. Best of luck!
