Is the Lg Xenon a good phone?

My lg xenon cell phone is broken. is it possible to get a new one?

  • ok so i have an LG xenon from att. every time i send a text, it pops up the sending window, as it is supposed to, and draws a checkmark to show that it has sent. however, my fone, about every...10 texts or so, gets stuck while drawing that checkmark, and just freezes. the only way to unfreeze it is to take the battery out and replace it. over the past week, i have done this maybe 15 times daily, and i'm getting fed up, not only because this is slowly reducing the battery lifespan and may cause fatal damage, but because my nails are short and its hard to remove the battery. anyway. this is the second lg xenon i've gone through in a year, and they both have had this problem. however the only thing AT&T/LG/my insurance company want to do is issue me a new one. i don't WANT to re-experience this problem. my next upgrade isn't til 2011, but i really can't wait that long. this phone is not only killing it's battery, but its killing me! (metaphorically) is there anyway i can either get a new model from LG, speed up my upgrade time, or something of that nature? please! I am becoming desperate!

  • Answer:

if its been over a year, then no you cant get a new one. but also i have that phone and its been dicontinued. they dont sell it anymore because of all the problems people have had with it. so sorry but if you send it in, they will send back a samsung flight. which in my opinion is a verrry ugly phone.
